Participants are given practical work tasks to do such as helping with mail shots, preparing documents and covering reception.

On completion of the course, participants can be accredited up to a level 2 OCN, and, although the qualification is a big achievement the participants will also take away the valuable skills, knowledge and confidence they have gained through-out.
